Welcome to Set to Sell. These terms and services outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
Overview:
Set to Sell provides home staging and interior design services to enhance the appeal of properties for sale. Our services include furniture rental, design consultation, and staging installations. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Service Agreement:
Our minimum rental term is one month. The first month’s rent is processed on the day of install, and each subsequent month will follow accordingly. A Move Out Request is required 7 calendar days prior to your next monthly invoice to avoid payment processing. If we fail to receive a 7-day notice, an inconvenience fee equal to 30% of your Monthly Rental Amount will be charged. A Move Out request within 7 days after your card has been processed for your Monthly Rental Amount will incur a refund for the monthly rental amount minus an Inconvenience Fee equal to 40% of your Monthly Rental Amount plus the 3% payment processing fee.
Liability:
Set to Sell is not liable for any damages to the property or furniture once the staging is completed. Clients assume responsibility for the security and maintenance of all rented items. Any damages or loss of items will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Payment Terms:
All payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments will incur a fee of 5% of the total invoice amount. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check.
Service Modifications:
Set to Sell reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes to our terms and services.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and ensuring that the property is accessible for our staging team. Any delays caused by client inaccessibility may result in additional charges.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and fairly.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as outlined above. Upon termination, all rented items must be returned in their original condition.
